The hotel provided a shuttle service, very convenient. I did not have to worry about transportation. The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist with directions and information about local attractions. I found three on-site restaurantswith variety when it came to dining options. I got to enjoy different cuisines without leaving the hotel.

The parking was VERY expensive. I paid a considerable amount for just a few hours. The payment machine only accepted cash, inconvenient as it did not provide change.

The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. THESE features were very practical. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided in the room, a NICE touch. The room included a minibar stocked with various beverages and snacks.

personal belongingscleaning times

housekeeping touched my personal belongings and cleaned the room even an hour after it was already cleaned. it felt suspicious that they would "clean" even after it was cleaned. i am a late riser, so the cleaning happened after 1pm and again an hour or so after i leave again. i'm not sure what schedule they are on, but it would be nice to inform guests of the cleaning times.

i love the hotel restaurant, the food was super delicious. i liked the service, it was quick and i had a very lovely waitress. i found the food and vibes in the soul garden restaurant very nice.

i did find some issues that where disappointing. the interior pool was lacking plants, that was a bit sad. also the staff at the outside lounge bar, they seemed not to care unless i wanted to buy expensive cocktails.

The gym had plenty of equipment. I saw three treadmills and four stationary bikes. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a large selection of pastries and fresh fruit. I LOVED the free shuttle to the city center. It ran every half hour and was very convenient.

I waited a few minutes on occasion.

I experienced some issues . the air conditioning in my beautiful king room was quite weak, i found it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. furthermore, the minibar was not restocked daily. It remained empty for two days, inconvenient. i expected better service for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
